The artist reserves the right to refuse any project.

Payment is due upfront. If payment is not received during the agreed timeframe, the artist reserves the right to terminate the client's project.

If the client fails to abide by the ToS, the artist has the right to blacklist them from commissioning them again.

The client is resposible for saving copies of the completed files.

The artist reserves the right to showcase the commissioned work on social media & portfolios and to use the work as future samples for commissions. The option to keep commission work private from social media/streams is present for a fee.

Work is processed in the order received, but multiple projects may be in progress simultaneously. Smaller projects may finish before bigger projects in the queue due to this.

Due to health, there is no definitive time frame. Time for commissions vary and are done at the artist's pace. Deadlines are always up for negotiation so that clients can expect when their commission(s) will be delivered. If you would like to set up a deadline for your commission, please give the artist 2 months in advance notice.

If the client's deadline requires other commissions to be put on halt, a rush fee will be charged if the commission is accepted.

Two major revisions will be allotted while the client's commission is still a work in progress. No charge for minor edits/adjustments. Additional revisions will result in a fee (10% of the base price). After the commission is complete, the artist will not redraw large portions (≥1/4) or make changes that were not previously discussed for free. A revision fee equivalent to the percentage changed will be charged.

Cancellations are only allowed during the drafting phase.

When it is the client's turn in the queue, the commission will not be started until the invoice has been completely paid.

For Vtuber models exclusively, a minimum deposit of 50% of the commission price must be paid before work begins. Once a project has commenced and payment has initialized a refund is no longer available as an offer. Vtuber models commissions can be paid in two parts (50% deposit, 50% halfway). The finished file will not be given until full payment is recieved.

In the case a commission cannot be completed through mutual agreement of both parties (artist + client), a partial refund will be negotiated.

The artist does not allow their work to be reuploaded, traced, altered, edited, or copied in any way.

Unless designated as allowing commercial usage, the artist's work is not to be used for commercial purposes.

The artist's work is not to be used as NFTs or to be associated with NFTs in any way.

The artist's work is not to be used with or for AI.
